Complete dental rehabilitation with implants and zirconia crowns

The Challenge

Huang came to Compodent clinic with multiple dental problems: old crowns, existing implants, gum pain and chewing difficulties. The smile aesthetics were affected, and the patient wanted a complete solution to restore functionality while preserving as many natural teeth as possible.

Our Solution

We performed a complex dental rehabilitation in two stages. Upper jaw: • Total rehabilitation on All-on-6 implants • Stage 1: implant placement and provisional metal-acrylic crowns • Stage 2 (after 6 months): definitive zirconium oxide crowns Lower jaw: • Placement of one dental implant • Replacement of old crowns with zirconium oxide crowns • Teeth whitening and light-cured composite restorations where necessary.
